Bert was recently involved in adding a NEXTGEN youth center to the Trinity Church Facility in Kelowna. Its existing youth facility was replaced with a modern building with a gymnasium, kitchen, washrooms and breakout rooms.
Due to budget constraints, there were a few building design changes to overcome. The floor heights in the two buildings differed, making it a challenge to connect the buildings. Now that the project is complete, the Kelowna Trinity Church now has a modern facility to impact the future of youths for years to come.
Bert was involved in the land sale and development of a state-of-the-art cooler and freezer storage facility for a family-run trucking business based out of West Kelowna. The trucking company has been providing refrigerated and frozen courier services throughout British Columbia for over 20 years. The newly developed cold storage facility enables the company to handle distribution and deliveries with the speed required for cold and frozen products throughout British Columbia.
