Lakeview Heights offers a real mix of older neighborhoods and new subdivisions being built out. The area includes the more established area around Ogden Rd to Stuart Rd and Lakeview Rd. Homes in this neighborhood can have exceptional views of Kelowna downtown looking across the lake.
This area is home to many excellent wineries. As you move along Mt Boucherie Road you pass Mt Boucherie Winery, Volcanic Hills, The Hatch, Quail’s Gate and the iconic Mission Hill Winery amongst others. The recently create Wine Trails goes through this area and is very popular with tourists.
Along the Lake facing North East, you will also find Campbell Road and the Casa Loma area. The Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort is a real favorite amongst those in the know. You have to access Campbell Road from Hwy 97 at the Bennett Bridge exit as the bank is too steep above to allow for access off of the neighborhoods near Thacker Rd and Ogden Rd.
